Before Your Appointment

Once you've scheduled your first visit, we kindly ask that you complete your new patient forms as soon as possible. This allows our team to become familiar with your dental and medical history, goals, and concerns before your appointment. Your privacy is important to us, and we take appropriate measures to ensure your personal and health information remains secure and confidential.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your initial appointment is more than just a routine dental visit. It's an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your concerns, and establish a foundation for a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles. Please plan for approximately 60–90 minutes for your first appointment.

During your visit, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health, discuss your dental history, and learn about any functional, cosmetic, or wellness goals you may have. You will also get a teeth cleaning at your first visit. Using advanced diagnostic technology including x-rays, 3-D scans, and photos, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and priorities. We believe in educating our patients and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. You'll always have the opportunity to ask questions, explore your options, and feel confident in the recommendations we make.

Boutique for Cosmetic Dentistry is conveniently located in the Hammond Springs shopping center at the intersection of Roswell Road and Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs, Georgia, next to D. Geller & Son Jewelers. We proudly serve patients throughout Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Roswell, and the surrounding Atlanta area. Insurance

We are in network with MetLife and accept all major PPO dental insurance plans, with out of network benefits. Before your intial appointment and any treatment, we do recommend verifying your insurance benefits and if you will be responsible for any portion of the cost.

Payment for treatment is due at the time services are provided. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, network benefits, or treatment pricing prior to your appointment, please reach out to our team for help!
